About the Contest
Studierendenwerk Heidelberg and BUND Heidelberg are launching the largest-ever student residence contest on the subject of energy-saving in Heidelberg to date.
In an energy-saving competition lasting several months, several dormitories compete against each other in two groups. The prize for both groups is a dorm party. The competition is actively supported by an information campaign by BUND Heidelberg and a tutorial by the Studierendenwerk.
The backdrop of the competition, our current energy crisis, is daunting for everyone. So let’s get ourselves motivated by the challenge it poses:
- We want our planet to stay a good place for humans and other beings. To this end, we have to become climate-neutral until 2030.
- In times of an energy war we are morally obliged to make our available energy last for everyone.
So let us avoid a waste of energy wherever possible!
